Through Teviot Dental, Border Implants aims to be the number one implant referral practice in the Borders. Should your patients need to replace missing teeth we aim to provide them with the most natural and lifelike implant retained restorations possible in order to restore function, confidence and a beautiful smile.

We deliver a diligent and comprehensive service that includes a thorough treatment planning process to confirm the proposed treatment will result in success. We maintain a close working partnership with Wayne Flack, the dental technician based at the locally renowned Vision Dental Laboratory, so we can deliver quality lab work and individually crafted restorations easily and within anticipated timeframes.

Expertise and experience

Principal dentist, Colin Neville, qualified from Dundee University in 1989 and has worked at the practice in Hawick since 1990. He began training and placing implants in 2004 and in 2007 placed the first Nobel Guide keyhole implant surgery case in the Borders. To date he has completed 20 patient cases with most of the 60 implants these cases involved being placed in the last year.  Colin, who is now in his final year of the MSc Implant course and will qualify in 2010, is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology (UK), and regularly attends master class seminars by top-rated specialists such as Michael Norton, Dean Morton and Stephen Davies.
